Kenneth Meunier is an accounting consultant and financial analyst who has worked with a number of major companies both in Silicon Valley and at Microsoft.
Kenneth Meunier believes that technology and financial reporting systems should serve people, and not the other way around. “But what I have seen is that technology can either free someone or enslave them 24/7. Financial reporting systems should be leveraged to serve its owners by providing information accurately and efficiently, so people can get information they need and get on with the business of doing what they are good at.”
When in charge of streamlining the financial reporting processes for Microsoft’s Product Pricing Division, Kenneth Meunier’s work made the reporting systems considerably more reliable, efficient, and accurate. Before starting work with Microsoft’s Products Divisions, he worked as a consultant with Microsoft’s MSN Division where he helped develop several important changes in the reporting processes, which provided more accurate and useful business information for the executive management team. Prior to his position at MSN, he worked in several different accounting roles, including as Tax Manager for a major technology company in Silicon Valley and as a General Accounting Manager for a large housing developer.
Earning a B.S. in Accountancy from Arizona State University, Kenneth Meunier graduated in the top one percent of his class in both the W.P. Carey School of Business and the prestigious Barrett Honors College, and received Summa Cum Laude honors at his graduation. Kenneth Meunier has maintained his involvement at Arizona State University through membership in the school’s Student Alumni Association.
Kenneth Meunier is the author of two books: Accounting Simplified: The Fast and Complete Guide to Accounting, and What’s So Great About a Roth IRA? both available at Amazon.
